Description
Body length – 5.5 to 6.5mm.The thorax is grey with four black stripes and the legs are black.
Habitat
Normally close to streams or running water.
Status and Distribution
Widespread throughout Britain. Common in Nottinghamshire and at Netherfield Lagoons.
Best Time to See
May to June.
