This afternoon there were two Black-necked Grebes on the Slurry Lagoon. there were also three Swifts hawking insects overhead. TK.

This morning there was a Greenshank on the Ecopark, and a Snipe on the Slurry Lagoon, with four Wigeon. In

This morning the Slurry Lagoon was very quiet, with about six House Martins feeding over it. On the Causeway Path

This morning six House Martins were feeding over the Slurry Lagoon, when a Hobby alarmed them as it flew through
Bittern – 8th August
This morning, during the Bird Count, a Bittern was seen flying around the Slurry Lagoon before crashing into a reed-bed.
