Early on this morning an Avocet and a Whimbrel were on the Slurry Lagoon. The Whimbrel flew off to the NE and a little later the Avocet flew to the SE, possibly to Holme Pierrepont. There were three Common Terns over the Deep Pit and these were briefly joined by four more. Â PS.
