Over all length 6 – 8mm. A fairly large leafhopper. The wings of the female are bright turquoise/green whereas those of the male are darker blue .
Habitat
Damp grassland and marshy areas.
Status and Distribution
Common and widespread in Britain. Common in Nottinghamshire and at Netherfield Lagoons.
