Over all length 7 to 8mm. There are two very similar species, S. abutilon being the other one, close examination of fine modelling of the pronotum being needed to separate them.
Habitat
Grasslands and scrubby areas.
Status and Distribution
Recently expanding its range from the Thames Valley to the whole south and the midlands.
