This morning two Cuckoos were calling from opposite sides of the Slurry Lagoon. There were seventeen singing Chiffchaffs, ten singing
Sand Martin – 22nd March
This morning a Sand Martin flew south over the site. There were more than twenty Chiffchaffs and two male Peregrines
Marsh Harrier – 8th March
During the Birdcount this morning the female Marsh Harrier was seen over the Slurry Lagoon reed-bed, where she flushed sixteen
Blackcap – 29th January
Two Green Sandpipers are still on the Ecopark and two Chiffchaffs and a Blackcap were seen along the Ouse Dyke.
Chiffchaff – 21st January
Today two Chiffchaffs were seen along the Ouse Dyke. Also a Treecreeper was seen and a Green Sandpiper. Three Snipe

This morning there were three small flocks of Fieldfares seen flying over the site as well as one flock of
