At about midday a Jack Snipe was seen flying into the NE corner of the Slurry Lagoon, where it landed

This evening a Barn Owl was seen hunting over the Wader Scrape field, close to the freshly erected Barn Owl

A very cold day at the lagoons. The Teal on the Slurry Lagoon were all out, standing on the ice.

During the Monthly Bird Count, hundreds of Jackdaws and Rooks were seen flying over from their roost, 1,000 or more
